We're looking for engineers, data scientists, and product support specialists to help us the develop and advance UrbanFootprint. The UrbanFootprint platform aims to solve complex urban planning, data, and modeling challenges to help cities and shape their growth and quantify the energy, water, land use, transportation, public health, and climate change impacts of plans and policies.
UrbanFootprint is a browser-based geospatial web application that serves a broad range of public and private-sector users. We’ve used UrbanFootprint with cities and regions to design and test alternative futures for their impacts on carbon emissions, travel behavior, pollution, energy and water use, fiscal and cost consequences, public health impacts, and a host of other indicators. We’re currently working with a growing list of national, state, and local agencies and organizations in places like Mexico City, Southern California, the Midwest, and China.
We are funded by top-tier VCs and our product/services revenue and are making our first major moves into the market now. We are seeking intelligent, hard-working, mission-driven team members to join us in building and scaling UrbanFootprint to serve users across the US and the world.
